Deliveries Home & Abroad

We aim to dispatch all orders (except the ‘Special Occasions’) within 3-7 working days provided the item/items are in stock even if you opted to add a personalisation.  For items ordered in our ‘Special Occasions’ range we aim to dispatch within 7-10 days as these are hand painted to order.  Should you find yourself in a hurry for delivery, then please contact us and we will be happy to help rush an order through if at all possible.  We will send an email to confirm the day your order has left us, but you can add your telephone number on at the checkout to receive a mobile telephone update.

All our orders are shipped with An Post & GLS courier by recorded delivery and therefore a signature is required.  As we do not deliver in person we are unable to pass on any special requests or provide time of delivery etc.  You can choose a different postal address to avoid delays or having to collect directly from the post office if you miss your delivery.  Please bear in mind that none collected items will only be held for a short number of days by An Post and then returned to us.  Should this happen we will have to charge a fee for posting the item out again.  From time to time delays may occur in delivery times, which are outside of our control.  Currently we do not have a tracking system in place but we can provide a tracking number on request should you have any concerns.  We try to ensure that each customer is notified when a parcel is dispatched by email and in some cases by SMS if this option has been added at the time of purchase.  


Returns or damages

With regard to any items in our ‘Special Occasions’, exchanges cannot be made nor can changes be rectified where incorrect information has been provided at the time of placing the order. Therefore please ensure that you have all the details correct at the time of ordering, such as Fada’s etc.  If you think you have made an error, contact us as soon as possible. 

Obviously we don’t want you to have to return an item but if you find you have changed your mind or wish to exchange an item, then you should return your purchase within 14 days of receiving delivery.  If this is the case you will be expected to pay the cost of delivery to us in its original packing without any damage in order to receive a refund excluding any shipping costs incurred.  If you require an exchange, then you will be required to pay for the P&P on the shipping of the exchanged item, which will be advised in advance.

Should an order arrived damage however, we will arrange either a refund or replace the item to the customer’s satisfaction.  We may request proof of damage to help with enquiries through our delivery service
