Delivery & Postage
All our Personalised designs are handmade to order and so we aim to dispatch all goods within 7-10 working days of receiving an order. Delivery times are approximate and at times delays may occur which are beyond our control, especially at Christmas time.
If you need a rush order – please let us know and we will do our best for you.
Postage Charges & delivery times
We base our delivery times on An Post who we use to ship our products and therefore, changes may occur from time to time which are outside of our control. For this reason, we cannot control delivery times within your area and we ask that you ensure that all postal details are correct at the time of submitting an order and note that all items must be signed for upon delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for items being returned or not collected from postal depots/postal offices if the information provided is correct and a charge will be made to redeliver. Please see the chart below for guidelines on shipping costs and delivery times. If you do not see the country you wish to ship too, then please contact us directly with your wish list and we will calculate the shipping costs.

Whilst we are sure that you will be delighted with your purchase from us here at Black Hen Designs, we are happy to offer a money back guarantee on all unpersonalised items if you are not happy. We offer a 7 day money back guarantee, so simply contact us within seven days of receiving your item and return it in the original condition & agreed time limit. A refund will then be issued less postage and packing and any relevant bank charges.
Personalised items cannot be returned where details have been incorrectly provided. Personalised items can only be returned if damaged in transit. In the case of damage; a full refund or replacement item will be offered. This does not affect your statutory rights.
